FISTS EA announce new annual award.

OBJECTIVE

1. To increase participants in the FEA CW Net.
2. To encourage all amateur operators to try CW chatting, going one step beyond a rubber stamp QSO.

PERIOD

From 00:00 Jan 1st 2006 to 23:59 Dec 31st 2006, local time

SCORING

You get one point for:

1. Participation in the FEA CW Net.
2. Every QSO beyond a rubber stamp, 5NNBK, or contest style QSO. If you think you deserve a point, then it counts. Please judge yourself fairly.

Send me a report of your points whenever and as often as you like. In addition to your QSO point, please send a comment. For example,

• " I joined the FEA CW NET 50 times consecutively"
• " My longest chatting time is 150 minutes."
• " I chat for over 30 minutes once a week."

ELIGIBLE STATIONS

All amateur stations are eligible. It's not necessary to be a member of FISTS.

AWARD

We will give an award to the station with the highest points. We will also have a special award for the comment that impresses us the most.

EMAIL FORMAT

Please write "[FEA MAR06] your_call_sign" in the Subject line of the email, and your call sign, name, number of points, and comment in the body of the email.

RESULTS

We will announce the results often on the FEA web page and in newsletters. And final results will be announced next January.
